Description

**Rescheduled date and time as of 10/1**

We are fortunate to have Dr. Anupam Joshi, UMBC's Vice Provost and Chief AI Officer, lead an interactive session that will help Graduate Students and Postdocs see how they can enhance their scholarly work with Gemini.

We've been to a few AI sessions and always find that there needs to be more time for guided tinkering. Well that's what we'll provide here. In this session, you will have a chance to engage with the platform, to experiment, and to have expert assistance overcoming obstacles to see what Gemini can do for you. We want you to understand how to make the most of this AI tool in your individual master's, doctoral, or postdoctoral research.

Note, there will be a great  session sponsored by the Library on Gemini for research and teaching on Wednesday Oct 1st (12-1pm).  We encourage you to attend that as well. Out session on Oct 3 is meant to compliment that session and focus mostly on hand-on application and helping you engage with the tool for your scholarship.
